Policy regarding tournament fees:

Checks MUST be postmarked by the tournament due date, otherwise, you will accessed a $10 late fee. This has become necessary because of the additional time that I must take to keep track of who has paid and who hasn't.  It also forces me to make additional trips to the bank.  I know that everybody is busy to the max, but hey, so am I.
