Tournament Cancellation Policy:

Once you have committed to playing in one of our tournaments, either, verbally, via e-mail or our website,   and funds have been submitted and/or promised by Deep Drivers Golf Club to the golf course on your behalf, you instantaneously become financially obligated to Deep Drivers Golf Club for the tournament entry amount.  If you must cancel for ANY reason, it is YOUR responsibility to find someone to take your place.  If you cannot find someone to take your place, and in the case that you have previously submitted payment, your payment will forfeited.  In the case that you have not submitted payment, you are STILL obligated to Deep Drivers Golf Club for full payment of fees.
